5A light weight, fast folding bike with top end frame but mid range price
By K. Kwan
Pros:
1) Light weight, easy to pick up and roll when folded. (lighter than my kids' bike)
2) Rigid frame, fast to pick up in speed when ride.
3) High quality tires
4) seat-post pump included.
5) Good looking.

Cons:
1) Not enough tall gear, especially go downhill (X27 would be much better, but not in this price range)
2) Rough ride, caused by 20" tires. 85 psi may be too much. I will try 75 psi later, but certainly go slower with this tire pressure.
3) Missing fenders when I receive my package. Don't trust the picture when you order. Look for P8 with fenders. They are same price.
4) The chain goes off the front gear quite often. (Happen once in each trip, usually pedaling on bumps)
5) Plastic retractable pedals (a pair of good metal retractable pedal costs another $50)

Compare to Tern X10:
1) $800 vs $1800.
2) About 2lbs heavier, but not really feeling the differences.
3) miss the lowest 2 gears, which is ok to me.
4) X10 looks cooler.
5) P8 includes seat-post air pumps.
6) P8 has adjustable headset height and angle.
7) P8 has chain guard.

5light and fast folding bike
By Mart
very good bike for a decent price compared to the tern X10 or Vector x27. it is light compared to most of folding bike. fast with a gearing inches up to 95. the air pump in the seat post is a funny add-on! The design is very nice.

like most of the folding bike, it is easy to find a way to roll the folded bike.

There is however an issue concerning the wheel rim size and the tires size. The rim is a 15c wide and the tire a 35 wide. This combination is not appropriate and should be reconsidered by DAHON.

I consequently strongly recommend this product.
